Katie and Steven's Wedding
Settlers Country Manor, Kumeu
The first thing I noticed, and to be fair you'd have to be blind not to, was Thunderbird 23 on the property where Steven and his groomsmen were getting ready. The lads didn't hesitate, "bring beers" I encouraged, and so began a very entertaining day shooting a wedding. This wedding had enough joy to last a lifetime (that's the idea right) and enough quality banter to keep me laughing the entire day. The ceremony at Settlers Country Manor had a stunning Katie keeping us all entertained with her infectious laughter. A stand out of this wedding was how much fun the guests had throughout the day. One of the most special moments was Katie's dance with her dad, who amused her immensely by singing along.
Bridal party shots at a nearby forest were a riot! The rain came but it didn't affect our plans too much and I actually love its visibility in the night-time shots. We captured some beautiful moments on the iconic bridge at the venue and then there was the dance floor action... scroll down and enjoy.
