Ah Mantells, hello again!  I'm sure I've written this before but I never tire of this charming venue.  It was perfectly suited to Nicky and Chris' effortless glamour and the social vibe of their beautiful spring wedding.  Nicky looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown, and Chris worked the blue suit nicely.

As ceremonies go, this was one of the happiest ones I have seen and was a joy to photograph.  Bride and Groom couldn't contain their smiles and laughter and their guests were equally enamoured.

With a shared passion for horses, it made sense that Nicky and Chris would combine their wedding day with the Melbourne Cup - I couldn't tell you the winner on the track, but I think you can see who the real winners were on the day.

From a photographer's point of view, the backdrops that Mantells provides are an eclectic mix of urban, classic and natural and the venue remains an excellent choice for couples who just want to enjoy time with their beloved guests.  One of my favourite shots of this wedding was of Nicky and Chris crossing the road in front of Circus Circus, I love those quick moments where I can sneak a couple away and do something a bit different in the space of a few minutes.
